Relay Player does not collect, sell or share your data. We have no servers that receive it.

What stays on your device

Your playlists, channel lists, favorites, recently played items and the TV guide are stored on your iPhone. They are deleted when you delete the app.

iCloud sync (Pro)

If you turn on Pro and are signed in to iCloud, your playlist links, favorites and recently played items are kept in your own private iCloud database so your devices stay in sync. Apple stores this data under your Apple Account; the fields are encrypted and we cannot read them. Channel lists are not synced: each device downloads them from your playlist.

Network connections

The app connects only to the addresses you add: playlists, TV guides, video streams and channel logos. Those servers belong to you or your provider and see your IP address as with any other connection. The app has no analytics, advertising or tracking, and no third-party SDKs.

Purchases

Pro is bought through the App Store. Apple handles payment; the app only checks with StoreKit that the purchase exists on your device. We do not receive your payment details.

Children

The app does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
